Where do you offer counselling?

Counselling is offered through a secure, online platform from the comfort of your own home. Video sessions or phone sessions are available for anyone located within Ontario, Canada.

Do you offer a free consultation before I book my first official session?

Yes! I would highly recommend setting up a free, no charge 15 minute consultation to meet me and get a better sense of whether I would be a good fit for the type of support you’re looking for.

How much does counselling cost?

  • A 50-minute individual appointment costs $145.00

  • A 90-minute individual appointment costs $260.00

  • A 50-minute couples counselling appointment costs $180.00

I would highly recommend checking to see if psychotherapy services are covered under your insurance. It is recommended client’s reach out to their benefits provider to ask whether Registered Psychotherapist services are covered.

Are your services covered by insurance?

Each insurance provider is different. It is recommended client’s reach out to their benefits provider to ask whether Registered Psychotherapist services are covered prior to the first session.

How can I pay for my appointment?

Payment for the appointment, can be sent via Interac-e transfer to info@mb-psychotherapy.com or via credit card by adding an active card to your account.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, if you cannot make your scheduled appointment, we ask that you reschedule or cancel with at least 48 hours notice so that the time slot can be given to someone else, otherwise a no-show fee of the entire session fee amount will be charged.

If you cannot cancel by the 48 hour mark and there is an extenuating circumstance, please get in contact with us as soon as possible.
